The band heads to Dighton, Kansas to headline the Dightons Backyard Bash. Penny and Jeffrey go as well and camp at the fairgrounds in Dighton. It is a 4 1/2 hour drive to Dighton from Wichita. We all meet out there for some barbeque, car show, and live music from 5 bands.
Unfortunately, as usual for Shagdaddy, it rained. Hard. It soaked the P.A. system and they were forced to relocate the music to the local American Legion building. The band, ‘Plan B’, provided their P.A. and played first.  Then Shagdaddy got up and rocked 2 sets of kick ass rock n roll. It was a blast! Click here for a video of the days events!
We returned Sunday afternoon and relaxed. I think we need a small break from camping. This month had no weekends at home.
