Jeffrey’s Last Band Concert

Jeff played his last concert today. His grade sounded really good and I’m sad that he won’t be going on with the trumpet in High School next year. I did the same thing with the Alto Saxaphone when I went to High School, so I guess I can’t really say much. I’m glad he got the experience that he had, and I’m sure he learned a lot of valuable music lessons that can be used later in life.

Camping again at Afton

We ventured out on Saturday morning for a one day trip to Lake Afton. It was supposed to be warm. It was warm and windy. Oh well. We got a little fishing in, but mostly just hung out and enjoyed each other’s company.

Bon Jovi Concert

Penny and I went to the Bon Jovi concert at the new Intrust Bank Arena. It was a great concert. They’ve still got it after 27 years. A really good performance and the stage show was awesome. They had lots of movable screens that displayed live video as well as produced content. A really top notch show. Video at the bottom of this post.
