Jeffrey’s Last Band Concert

Jeff played his last concert today. His grade sounded really good and I’m sad that he won’t be going on with the trumpet in High School next year. I did the same thing with the Alto Saxaphone when I went to High School, so I guess I can’t really say much. I’m glad he got the experience that he had, and I’m sure he learned a lot of valuable music lessons that can be used later in life.

Lake Afton again!

We went to Lake Afton again. This time Clayton’s band, Shagdaddy had a gig at a wedding reception. The reception was in a pavilion at Lake Afton. Louis, our lead singer is a friend of the groom. We camped at a site within a hundred yards or so away from the pavilion. Clayton went to play the gig from 6 to 9 on Saturday, but that didn’t cut into our camping fun too much!

A very old gig

Here is some really old video I dug up. My first gig! At the Cripple Chicken in 1991. Wow, that was a long time ago.

Also, a jam at Clayton’s house that restarted it all.
