We joined our friend Brent and his family for their first cruise. We departed Galveston for Progreso, Mexico and Cozumel Mexico on a 5 day cruise.

It was a blast. We had a great time. October is a great time to cruise.

We’ve heard so much about Buc-ees, so this time we actually went there. It is a huge place just north of Houston. They have lots of jerky, snacks, sandwiches and lots of gas pumps. Pretty cool.

Lots of fuzzy flasks. Who knew that was a thing in Texas?

Look at all the jerky. Every kind you could imagine. I bought some and it was great. The smallest amount you could buy was a quarter pound.
