I installed the T-nuts on the padded rail. I’m thinking about epoxying them as well. I don’t want them to push out after I finish the foam and vinyl.

Then I stained the table perimeter and box.  I went with a lighter stain this time.

I got the new 1/2″ collet for the router and tried it on a test piece of 2×6 cut down to 4″. There is something wrong with my core box bit as it causes really bad vibration on the router. I think it is unbalanced somehow. I ordered a new one. I’ll have to wait on that now.

I think some poly on the perimeter, and the box will be next.
